IMPORTANT: In-app purchases are generally non-refundable. Virtual currency and in-game items cannot be converted to real currency or exchanged for refunds. Exceptions:

• Subscription cancellation (within platform-specific grace periods)
• Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions (verified through investigation)
• As required by law in your jurisdiction

5.5 Subscription Terms

If you purchase recurring subscriptions:

• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled

• No refunds for partial subscription periods

Virtual currency (gems, coins, tokens) has no real-world monetary value and cannot be:

• Transferred to other accounts

• Carried forward if your account is terminated

6. Prohibited Conduct & User Obligations

6.1 Prohibited Behaviors

You agree NOT to:

• Cheat, hack, exploit glitches, or use unauthorized third-party tools/cheats
• Engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices

• Forfeiture of virtual currency and in-game items
• Leaderboard removal and score deletion
• No refund of purchases made using cheated methods

6.3 Content Guidelines

User-generated content (usernames, profiles, chat, messages) must comply with:

• No hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• No personal information of others (doxing)
• No sexual, violent, or explicit content
• No spam, excessive self-promotion, or advertising
• No impersonation or deception

7. Advertisements & Monetization

7.1 Advertising in Games

Our games display advertisements from third-party advertising networks to support free-to-play game development. You acknowledge that:

• Advertisements are an essential monetization mechanism

• All virtual currency and items are permanently lost

13.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

• If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
• You waive your right to jury trial and class action participation
• Arbitration will be conducted under JAMS rules

• Claims involving fraud or account hacking
• Emergency injunctive relief to prevent irreparable harm

14. Severability
